Your First Visit

When you arrive for your first appointment, please help yourself to a complimentary beverage as we review your information. One of our team members will escort you to a room where we’ll take a series of digital images for Dr. Patel to review with you. We’ll be happy to answer any questions that you have and discuss the various treatment options available. If you’re here for a cleaning or emergency appointment, be sure to ask about our comfort amenities, such as a soft blanket, noise-cancelling earplugs, or enjoy one of your favorite shows on the television.

Insurance and Financing

We proudly offer flexible financing through Cherry, CareCredit, and Sunbit. These third-party lenders make it simple to budget your dental care into affordable monthly payments. Low and 0% interest financing rates allow you to regain control over your oral health without delaying the care that you need. 


If you have a PPO insurance plan, please be sure to let us know. Our treatment coordinators may be able to file claims on your behalf to help maximize the coverage under your carrier’s unique policy.

Membership Plan

For our patients without dental insurance, we encourage you to join our in-house membership plan. This special discount program includes access to preventative care as well as discounts on most services, eliminating the need to invest in a separate insurance policy. Plus, there are no waiting periods, deductibles to pay, or annual maximum amounts applied to your treatment needs.
